CLUB52WORLD: GLOBAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCESS & MEMBERSHIP

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your application, membership, and access to Club52world’s global network of exclusive sanctuaries and venues, as well as the broader BehindTheIndustries ecosystem, including Habitat, Renati Spa, Glokal Kitchen, and Adventure Trails. By applying for membership, purchasing event access, or entering any of our international premises, you agree to be strictly bound by these terms.

Club52world operates as a highly curated, private global community. Access is a privilege, not a right.

1. Age Restrictions & Identity Verification

  • Strictly 21+: Club52world properties are premier adult sanctuaries. Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific private series, all members and guests must be 21 years of age or older.

  • Verification: Valid, government-issued identification is required prior to entry at any global location. Failure to provide proper identification will result in immediate denial of entry without refund.

2. Admission, Curation, and Right of Refusal

  • Curated Access: Club52world reserves the right to strictly curate its global audience. Registration or application does not guarantee admission.

  • Right of Refusal: Management reserves the absolute right to refuse entry or membership to any individual, at any time, to maintain the safety, privacy, and aesthetic standard of our international community.

3. Booking Architecture & Payment Protocols

  • Event Access (100% Upfront): All tickets and access passes for open-air festivals (such as House of Nature), private events, and corporate retreats must be paid 100% in full at the time of registration. Event payments are strictly non-refundable.

  • Ecosystem Reservations (50% Deposit): To secure reservations within our luxury pillars across any global location—including Habitat rooms/staycations, Glokal Kitchen private tables, or Renati Spa appointments—a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be settled on-site.

4. Zero-Tolerance Conduct & Permanent Exclusion Policy

  • Code of Conduct: Members and guests are expected to conduct themselves with the highest level of respect for the venues, the natural environments, the staff, and fellow VIPs.

  • Immediate Revocation: Any breach of privacy, destructive behavior, harassment, or violation of property rules will result in the immediate revocation of membership and physical removal from the premises.

  • Permanent Exclusion: Club52world enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy worldwide. Should access or membership be revoked due to misconduct, the individual will face an irrevocable termination of all privileges and permanent exclusion from all Club52world global locations and the entirety of the BehindTheIndustries ecosystem. No refunds of any kind will be issued for revoked memberships, deposits, or event passes.

5. Assumption of Risk & Venue Safety

  • The Open-Air & Natural Sanctuaries: Club52world venues are often integrated into vast, natural landscapes and open-air environments worldwide. While all properties are heavily secured and fully equipped with state-of-the-art ground safety and emergency response protocols, they remain dynamic natural spaces.

  • Guest Awareness: By entering any property, guests acknowledge the natural elements of the specific terrain. Guests are required to maintain personal situational awareness regarding outdoor and environmental conditions.

  • Liability Waiver: Members and guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with open-air events, agro-tourism (Adventure Trails), and outdoor navigation. Club52world and its global affiliates are not liable for personal injury, property loss, or damages resulting from a guest’s failure to adhere to safety guidelines or exercise basic environmental awareness.

6. Modifications to the Terms

Club52world management reserves the right to update or modify these Global Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of your membership or attendance at events following any changes constitutes your formal acceptance of the revised Terms.
